Service Delivery


We provide business services tailored to the needs of each client. Upon agreement, services are scheduled and delivered according to the timeline outlined in the project proposal or client agreement. Delivery methods and timelines may vary depending on the scope of work.

Refund Policy


Payments made for services are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in the client agreement. In cases where services are not rendered as agreed, we will work with clients to find a reasonable resolution, which may include partial refunds or service credits at our discretion.

Cancellation Policy


Clients may cancel or reschedule services with at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee, depending on the scope of the project and preparation time required.
